He is also actively shaping the next generation of leaders as the Co-Director of Columbia Business School’s Leading in a Data-Driven World: Developing Quantitative Intuition™ program and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.

With over two decades of experience at American Express and Microsoft, Frank has honed his skills in growing and building teams, fueling growth, and problem-solving, using insights and advanced analytics to navigate complex challenges successfully.
