PSB Insights, a global leader in research and strategic consulting, today announced the appointment of Christopher Frank as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Dave Gordon. Frank brings over 25 years of experience as a corporate researcher, thought leader, and author to this role.

Frank has a 25-year track record building and leading insight teams at American Express and Microsoft, designing and executing over $200 million in brand, product, and communications research. A recognized authority on strategic decision-making, he has been featured in publications such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, Inc., TEDx, and Fortune. He is a two-time author of Drinking from the Fire Hose and Decisions over Decimals. He is also the Co-Director of Columbia Business School’s Leading in a Data-Driven World: Developing Quantitative Intuition™ program and is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.
