Courtney is a Senior Vice President at PSB and is a leader of our B2B and B2C technology practice. Since joining PSB, she has partnered with some of the world’s largest technology firms, including Microsoft Amazon, VMware, and Dell, working to deliver actionable, data driven insights.
For over 10 years, Courtney has specialized in designing uniquely customized qualitative and quantitative research to influence product development, packaging and pricing, go-to-market messaging, and user experience. She also has extensive experience leaning on advanced and innovative methodologies, most often to influencing product development, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Courtney graduated magna cum laude with a business degree in marketing and a minor in Communications from Western Washington University.
