Background: Rebecca Bukele is a consumer behavior and insights specialist. She brings over 11+ years of experience in the qualitative field working with Fortune 500 companies across a wide range of industries including CPG, Media, Retail, Healthcare and Financial Services. She has designed and conducted hundreds of consumer sessions including focus groups, ad tests, in-depth Interviews, ethnographies, mobile journals and consumer immersions, both digital and in person. She is a consumer behavior specialist who believes the voice of the costumer is essential for creating best-in-class products and services. She specializes in conducting research with minorities and multicultural audiences.
Prior to PSB, Rebecca was the head of the qualitative department at Collage Group leading all qualitative executions specializing in multicultural audiences. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ipsos in El Salvador as qualitative project manager. Rebecca holds an MS in Consumer Behavior and Market Research from IE Business School (Spain) and a BA from the University of Virginia. She is RIVA trained, and member of the Qualitative Research Consultant Association.
